Hawaii tax is added to the above rates (11.42%). In addition to the room rate, a security deposit of $200 is required. This will be returned after the condo is cleaned and any damage or extra cleaning documented. Any damage or extensive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. Any damage greater than $200 will require compensation from the tenant. Our condo is NON-SMOKING. Smoking in our condo will result in an excess cleaning charge.

Rates are subject to change without notice but are guaranteed once your payment is received. Our condo sleeps 4 adults, which are the maximum allowed. Cribs are available for rent on island.

To reserve your vacation, full payment for your stay plus tax and security deposit must be received. Should your plans change, we need the most notice possible. We have committed that block of time only to you, making it unavailable to others. If you cancel your reservation with at least a 60 days notice, a 100% refund will be sent. If you cancel your reservation with more than 30 days notice, a 60% refund will be sent. Less than 30 days notice results in refund of only the security deposit.
