Rental Agreement

Grant Staley (Owner) will rent unit #704 Nihi Kai Villas Resort located in Koloa, Hawaii 96756 to _______________________________________ (Tenant) for the following period:

Arrival:                         __________    (4:00 PM check in time)          

Departure:                    __________    (11:00 AM Check out time)

Rent for this stay is calculated as follows:

Funds (in US dollars payable by check or money order) are to be received by owner before this is a firm reservation.  Until that time, no reservation exists.  Rates are guaranteed once your payment is received.

The security deposit of $200 will be refunded after the condo is cleaned, keys are returned, and any excess cleaning or damage is documented.  Any damage or excess cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit.  Any damage greater than $200 will require compensation from the tenant.  Our condo is NON-SMOKING.  Smoking inside the condo will require excess cleaning.

Our condo sleeps 4 adults and 2 children which is the maximum number of people allowed.

If you cancel your reservation with 60 or more days notice, a 100% refund will be sent.  If you cancel with 30 or more days notice a 60% refund will be sent.  Less than 30 days notice results in refund of only the security deposit.
